These changes can be made to an individual preloaded figure or across the entire layout as needed. AIRCRAFT PAYMENT: |

Calculates your
aircraft payment and instantly carries that payment amount
over to all related budget items.
Choose interest rate, payment period, term of loan and
loan amount from preloaded drop-down menus or type in
your own predetermined numbers. The payment function lets
you not only calculate your payment by breaking down the
payment amount between principal and interest, but instantly
inserts all the calculated payments into all related operating
functions and budgets. This function also lets you see
the impact that different types of financing arrangements
may have on your operation by changing finance amounts,
terms, and interest rates in multiple combinations. The
analyzer also allows you to input your monthly lease payment.

7-year depreciation schedules instantly!
This information is based on the actual purchase price
of the aircraft you have selected and includes depreciation
for years one through five or one through seven. The depreciation
section also includes an adjusted cost per hour based
on the depreciated amount. These calculations are based
on active users only.

The trip cost
calculator provides an interactive area where you can figure
the estimated time and cost of a trip.
You can estimate a projected trip based on the aircraft
selected along with all the various costs that come into
play in determining actual trip cost. This section gives
you information such as: how long the trip is projected
to take in hours, projected direct trip costs, projected
total trip costs, and projected trip cost in nautical
miles.
