PAYMENT: Calculates your aircraft payment and instantly
carries that payment amount over to all related budget items.
Choose interest rate, payment
period, term of loan and loan amount from preloaded drop-down
menus or type in your own predetermined numbers. The payment
function lets you calculate your payment by breaking down
the payment amount between principal and interest, and instantly
inserts all the calculated payments into all related operating
functions and budgets. This function also lets you see the
impact that different types of financing arrangements may
have on your operation by changing finance amounts, terms,
and interest rates in multiple combinations. The analyzer
also allows you to input your monthly lease payment.

TO
FIGURE AN AIRCRAFT PAYMENT FIND THE SECTION MARKED “PAYMENT
SCHEDULE”.
In the box marked “INTEREST RATE” choose the
correct interest rate from the drop-down menu or enter the
appropriate amount.
In the box marked “PAYMENT PERIOD” use either
the drop down box to select the proper payment period or
insert your own figure.
In the box marked “TERM OF LOAN” choose the
correct term of loan from the drop-down menu. If the correct
term of length is not available in the drop-down menu insert
your figure manually.
In the box marked “LOAN” choose the correct
loan amount from the drop-down menu. If the loan amount
you desire is not available, insert your figure manually.
In the next section enter the following information.
The “Payment Per Period” box calculates the
total monthly payment including principal and interest.
The “Period Number” box allows you to view the
amount of principal and interest paid during a specific
period.
The “Principal Amount” box calculates the amount
of principal being paid from the loan on the aircraft.
The “Interest Amount” calculates the amount
of interest that will be paid from the loan on the aircraft.
If you have an existing
lease payment that you want to be included in the budget
information, insert the monthly lease payment in the white
box adjacent to “Monthly Lease”. Please note
that you can only use the aircraft payment section or the
monthly lease section separately. The software will not
allow you to input both areas.

SINGLE
AIRCRAFT ANALYSIS HOURLY COSTS:
The hourly rate section
considers any changes you make to any of the interactive
areas and instantly provides you with an updated hourly
number based on those changes.
Fuel Gallons: This amount
can be changed by inserting your specific fuel consumption
number directly in the white box next to “Fuel Gallons”.
Fuel Cost Per Gallon: This
amount can be changed either by the fuel cost menu or by
inserting your specific number directly in the white box
next to “Fuel Cost per Gallon”.
Airframe Maintenance: This
amount can be changed by inserting your specific total maintenance
number directly in the white box next to “Airframe
Maint”.
Engine Reserve: This amount
can be changed by inserting your specific engine reserve
number directly in the white box next to “Engine Reserve”.

ANNUAL VARIABLE COSTS: All
information in the annual variable costs section instantly
updates whenever you interactively modify the information.
This section gives you
a total variable budget for the year and breaks it down
into sections which include; total fuel gallons used, total
fuel costs, total maintenance, and total engine reserves.
All of these figures will re-adjust based on the total number
of hours you select.

ANNUAL FIXED COSTS: Annual
fixed cost total instantly updates whenever you interactively
modify the budget information.
The fixed costs section
lets you view your total annual fixed costs.
Crew: This amount can be
changed by inserting your specific crew costs directly in
the white box next to “Crew”.
Hangar: This amount can
be changed by inserting your specific hangar cost directly
in the white box next to “Hangar”.
Insurance: This amount
can be changed by inserting your specific insurance costs
directly in the white box next to “Insurance”.
Miscellaneous: This amount
can be changed by inserting all miscellaneous costs directly
in the white box next to “Miscellaneous”.

ANNUAL
BUDGET: Annual budget amount instantly updates whenever
you interactively modify the budget information.
This is the annual budget
information based on the aircraft, the hours, fuel costs,
and the payment configuration selected and any changes made
to the variable or fixed interactive areas. The budget is
created instantly and is based on the selected information.
Annual Hours: The annual
hours can be changed either by the Hours Per Year drop down
menu, or by inserting your specific number directly in the
white box next to “Annual Hours”.
PER MONTH BUDGET: Per month
budget instantly updates whenever you interactively modify
the budget information.
This section outlines the
monthly budget based on the aircraft, the hours, fuel costs
and the payment configuration selected, and any changes
made to the variable or fixed interactive areas. This section
will update instantly and is based on the selected information.

BUDGET BY PERCENTAGES: These
percentages adjust whenever you interactively modify the
information throughout the analyzer.
These percentages amounts
are based on the aircraft, hours selected, fuel costs and
the payment configuration selected and any changes made
