“As a chief pilot,
it is critical that I generate budgets for my company based
on my specific operating criteria, not that of the general
aviation population. Almost all of my operating specifics
are different from those published by so called aircraft
analysts. Since they do not operate my aircraft those published
numbers are of no use to me. My stage lengths, ATC operating
environments and home base location puts my operating economics
way off from what the usual sources generate. That is why
this Interactive Budget Analyzer is a terrific tool for
me. One, it is very easy to use, and two and perhaps the
most important, I can load in my own operating numbers,
adjust them at any time, save, and print them. That makes
record keeping and budget forecasting for my operation a
breeze.”

Director of Flight Operations Cole National Corporation
“As a private pilot, I really enjoy using the
Interactive Budget Analyzer. I use the Analyzer to keep
track of my own aircraft costs. I also enjoy using the analyzer
because for the first time individuals like me can afford
to see what all kinds of aircraft really cost to operate.
This information allows me to determine what aircraft I
might eventually want to move up to, or purchase and allows
me to judge that information the same way that the big corporations
do. Now I determine my trip costs, as well as justification,
and make direct comparisons from one aircraft to another.
I print out that information and evaluate it with my friends
when I am away from my computer”

“The budget analyzer
is amazing! The software is so easy to use, and gives me
pretty much any type of cost information I need in seconds.
I have searched for a product like this in the past but
found most financial software products concerning aviation
were in the $800.00 to $1,400 price range. I particularly
like the ability to rapidly change and save various budget
information. For example, if a client is considering an
aircraft acquisition, and would like to know his estimated
operating costs, those numbers are very easy to determine
with the analyzer. If he wants to see changes in the parameters,
such as hours flown annually, with just a simple change
in the budget analyzer, I can generate new numbers in a
few seconds. If the client wants various comparisons, normally
that could take half a day, but only minutes with this software.
This product has tons of features at a price that I didn’t
have to think twice at. Anyone involved in aviation should
add the budget analyzer to their software collection. ”

“As a former CFO, it has always been a nightmare trying
to generate accurate aircraft operating budgets for my company,
but as a helicopter pilot I always appreciated the convenience
and practicality of having your own air transportation,
especially in these post 9/11 days. Owning a budget tool
like the Interactive Aircraft Budget Analyzer which allows
me to set up my own aircraft, walk it through a specific
trip and then have those numbers move right into justification
is terrific, I only wish this had been available a few years
ago since it certainly would have resolved many a discussion
on the viability of the company aircraft. ”
